The british marque introduced the less sporty version of the Sprint ST 1050. The bike didn’t loose all of his DNA sport bike, but it became more practical for long tours, meanwhile the three-cylinder engine gained a couple of extra horses, too.
The engineers updated the look, the characteristic optical element on the front is new, guaranteeing a better lightning on the road from the ST version. The dashboard has been updated to give the whole a more modern look, the instrumentation consists of three circular tools. But the most important changes are at the back, the Sprint GT comes with two panniers with a total capacity of 31 liter. The optional, third top box has a built-in 12V power socket, where we van recharge our laptop or cellphone on longer tours.
There are some changes at the engine and at the rear single arm, too. The three-cylinder got new ECU and exhaust, the modifications increased the power by 5 hp. Thanks to the 20-liter tank and the longer sixth gear ratio the Sprint can travel approximately 320 km (+20) without refuel. The single arm is 8 cm longer, which provides better ride comfort. The new GT costs 13 050 euros and is avaliable in two colors, Pacific Blue and Aluminium Silver.
