American motorcycle manufacturer Roehr introduced today three new electric motorcycles. Built around a Hyosung chassis, all three Roehrs look identical and feature AC induction motor technology, with the eSupersport using a single-motor setup, while the eSuperBike and the eSuperBike RR feature twin-motors.
The eSuperSport makes 48hp and has 5.8 kWh of battery capacity, will hit 100 mph, weighs 395 lbs and costs $16,995. The eSuperbike has a top speed of 135 mph and with a battery capacity of 7.7 kWh it has a shorter range and a price tag of $27,595. The RR version is identical with the non-RR eSuperBike, but has a fully adjustable Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes. The RR version costs $34,495. No words on ranges, but despite the full-fairing they should be limited due small battery capacities.
