The Victory Project 200 is the latest work of California-based Roland Sands Design. From the title it is clear that the basis of the custom bike is a Victory cruiser, and the number 200 indicates the maximum speed of the motorcycle. And not in kilometers. Hit the jump for the video.
In concept, it sounds easy enough: take a Victory motorcyce, add bodywork and then beef up the engine until it does 200 miles per hour. RSD is planning on development in stages, and the first step, the bodywork is done. The engineers figure the motor should do 150 mph without modification, but they will add a turbo. You can ask, what is so special about going 200 mph? You miss the point, it’s about going 200 miles per hour on a Victory cruiser.
