The Nürburgring doesn’t need any introduction, the famous German circuit is simply legendary, Jackie Stewart once called the track the Green Hell. This historical circuit, which opened in 1927, is being threatened by a €400 million debt. The scenario is typical. From 2007-2009 the German government built a huge Leisure Park at the Nürburgring. The „Save the Ring” Facebook group claims it is based on fake visitor numbers, oversized and badly executed.
