The new Ducati Scrambler is one of the hottest new bike on the market. According to BBC, this is THE bike of the year since it’s a real bike with real noise and it does all that at such an accessible price. It’s a simple-as-stone bike with an air-cooled engine, true Italian styling and easy handling. The bike also cought the eye of Swiss design firm Gannet Design and they created a couple of interesting concepts. G-Tracker-1web

The head of the company is Ulfert Janssen – he has over 10-year’s expertise working with large car and motorcycle manufacturers. They don’t just dream about extreme designs that never go to production – they also work on cars and bikes that you can buy in the showrooms like the interior of the Infiniti FC luxury saloon. This time, they created some really interesting concepts, all based on Ducati’s new Scrambler. Some have a protective trellis frame around the tank, others feature carbon fiber parts or color-spoked wheels. Although we like these details, there’s one slight problem with all versions: the tail/subframe department almost completely missing. I consider this as a bug, not feature so guys in the snowy Switzerland: back to the drawing boards, please.
