For all Valentino Rossi fans, the AGV Corsa 2015 Winter Test Limited Edition is now available. The new livery chosen by Valentino Rossi features a fabulous two-colour design with his usual fluorescent yellow and blue colour scheme and his number 46 printed on the sides of the helmet in a new tapestry effect. Suzuki has updated its GSX-R range of superbikes with a new MotoGP livery. Thanks to the new colour option, the three GSX-R models look like the race machines of Maverick Vinales and Aleix Espargaro on race weekends. Suzuki didn’t touch the mechanics but the largest Gixxer got a special trim with with an SET (Suzuki Exhaust Tuning) valve and a Yoshimuira exhaust that improves the bike’s performance. Ahead of the forthcoming 2015 MotoGP World Championship season, Ducati have presented the new Desmosedici GP15 prototype at a special event in Bologna, Italy. The board of directors of Santamonica Spa has unanimously accepted a proposal to associate the name of the Misano circuit with Marco Simoncelli. “We owe it to the memory of Sic,” said Lucas Colaiacovo, Vice President of the circuit. “We owe it to his family, to the hundreds of thousands of fans who admired his courage and humanity, all of the individuals in the sporting world and media who support this spontaneous and moving proposal. Repsol Honda rider Casey Stoner pulled away from championship leader Jorge Lorenzo to win the Catalunya Grand Prix on Sunday. The Australian rider rocketed to his third win to the season. Stoner took the lead from Jorge Lorenzo on lap two and and pulled away. Lorenzo got a good start and was first into turn one, but he could not hold off Stoner. Presented for the first time by Loris Capirossi during the Pramac Ducati team conference in Genoa, Suomy Excel Capirossi Replica will be available in stores starting in the next few days. The graphics remained similar to the previous version, much appreciated by users, with stylized and colorful running flowers around the base of the helmet, the number 65 on the left side and three stars on the right side with the colors of the Italian flag, Monaco and European Union flags. In short, this is the 1966 RC166. This bike is the most glamorous racing bike ever built. 250 cc isn't the type of engine capacity that gets many riders excited but when you start listing some of the RC166's specs such as its six cylinder engine, 6 independent carbs, 62-64hp and 7 speed gearbox that is capable of 18,000 RPM, things get a little more interesting.
