No matter if you like the electric motorcycles or not - they're here to stay. We saw the amazing speed of the Motoczysz E1pc on this year's Isle of Man TT, and now here's Jenny Tinmouth's zero-emission lap record at Anglesey circuit, during a round of the UK TTXGP Championship. Her fastest lap was 1:20.922 and had an average speed of 69mph. Wonder how long it will take before electric machines lap faster than petrol-powered machines. Read the full article »

Keeping with its schedule, Triumph has released some new photos and technical data of its 2011 Adventure. The English manufacturer has created a new, 800-ish, long-stroke three-cylinder engine based on the 675 to power the middleweight road and off-road versions of the bike. The engine should be "torquey", have an "exciting top end", "compact dimensions", "controllable power delivery', all thanks to its long-stroke design. See the video below: Read the full article »

Harley-Davidson announced last october that Buell motorcycles will be discontinued. But the fans of Buell never loose hope, and there are new pictures and a video of a Buell street bike. What we can see on the images, is a Buell 1190RR race bike with turn signals and radiator fans, just the sort of thing you might see on a street bike. Legally, Erik Buell should soon be free of the contractual shackles preventing him from talking about or competing with Harley-Davidson. So, stay tuned. Read the full article »

Ducati has released a brief promo video of their new 848 EVO, which will make its debut at this weekends race at Laguna Seca. British artist Kyle Bean shows in it's latest creation that matter cannot be created or destroyed, but only transformed. The two Honda Fireblades, one complete, one other dismantled in a showcase in Selfridges, London is part of his Conversation of Mass series. The two blades are set up to balance at either end of a set of scales. The artist Kyle Bean, wanted to use something minimalistic but with presence, completely out of context, stylish and compact. Alexey Kolesnikov performed a backflip over a Kamaz. You'll probably saying what's so unusual about this trick, it’s been done thousands of times. The trick is that the 8.5 ton Kamaz was driven by six times Dakar-champion Vladimir Chagin, and the truck jumped simultanously with the motorcycle. The Kamaz sailed 28 feet through the air, while the motorcycle travelled 69 feet. Read the full article »
