The ride starts at Luzerne Co. SPCA, 524 E. Main Street.
Registration is from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The fee is $10.00 for each person. The first 350 to register will receive a commemorative pin. The ride ends with hot dogs and hamburgers, raffles, vendors, live music and more. All proceeds will go to the Luzerne Co. SPCA.
