Story of the motorcycle tuning

I found it online. Have been looking for a project bike and as 2 strokes are getting rarer by the day something told me I had to get it.
This bike has not been ridden properly for almost 10 years and spent most of that time sitting is garages.
Passed down through 3-4 owners it seems an abused machine.
Documentation in 1st owners name and missing revenue license I still to complete the paper work.
Yet to fire up the motor; trying to get a spark but there seems to be some problem with the wiring or CDI..... Lets see. Not giving up.
